MECHANISMS OF Са2+ ARRIVAL TO THE CYTOPLASM OF MUSCLE CELLS, ROLE OF PROTONS
AND ACTIVE NITROGEN (OXYGEN) METABOLITES IN THESE PROCESSES

Separate pictures of transmission mechanisms of Ca2+-signal are discussed, and first of all in the muscle cells. Literary and own data about possible interrelation of Ca2+ and H+ metabolism are analysed. Supposition about the important role of H+ on the first stages of activating the muscle cells is expressed. The role of active nitrogen and oxygen metabolites are discussed.
