Estimation of free radical process intensity in rats with different audiogenic
seizure susceptibility by means of biochemiluminiscent methods
Complex investigation of free radical process intensity by means of spontaneous, Fe2+- and H2О2-induced, luminol dependent biochemiluminescent methods was performed. The increased formation of reactive oxygen species and no change of hydroperoxide levels were found in brain of rats with high seizure susceptibility.
