Interaction of preparation “ATP-LONG” with distearoylphosphatidylcholine monolayer

Interaction of ATP and its derivative “ATP-LONG”, the preparations raising general resistanse of an organism to physical stress, with the model phospholipid monolayer membrane of distearoylphosphatidylcholine has been investigated. It is shown, that these substances interact with a monolayer under partial embedding of a purine base between the phospholipid molecules. However their regulatory influence cannot be explained only by the effect of plasmatic membrane lipid components on physical parameters.
